For the Special Exhibitions the preparation included thorough research into the artist and/or topic, attending the Curators’ Introduction to the exhibition, and selecting the works to feature in the special tour. This involved ensuring a balance of works from the whole of the exhibition, avoiding, where possible, works featured in the Audioguide, and being prepared for both specific and more general questions from the 15 people on the tour.
